Did you know we use Edsby to send attendance notifications to families? Attendance matters. We know there are days that due to illness, family emergencies, and just day to day life, you will not be able to attend school. We respectfully ask you to let us know on those days your child(ren) will not be attending. Every morning staff make phone calls to Elementary families to ensure our students not at school, who didn’t previously inform us they would be absent, are safe. This child check process is an integral part of our safety planning. To enhance our child check process we send attendance notifications to EEP- Grade 6 families in all Elementary schools through the Edsby app. If your child(ren) are not at school, and we haven’t received a note that they will be absent, you will receive a notification in the Edsby app before you receive a phone call from your school.
